Estimated Length: 20 months M-F 8 hr/day Requirements Requirements for PC5 TEA staff: Dependable and hard working with good attention to detail. Ability to take direction and follow supervisory instructions. Professional attitude and ability to interact appropriately with supervisors and co-workers Flexibility in providing coverage as needed among the various clerical functions. Facility with the computer and nimbleness in working between different programs is critical. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proper handling and protection of confidential materials. Job duties: Answer telephones. Input data on computer, e.g. case intake/closure. Review forms for accuracy or appropriateness, e.g. closed case review, QA technical review, CE orders, voucher approval. Pick up & distribute material to various areas, e.g. case folders, mail, printer output. Scan documents, e.g. into electronic case folders. Copy or fax material as directed Assemble case folders, e.g. conversion of e-cases to paper folders. Other clerical duties as directed by supervisor
