Estimated Length: 24 months M-F 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Requirements This job will report to a Supervising Accountant and will provide assistance with review of reports submitted by grantees, as well as preparation of analysis of reports for submission. Duties include but are not limited to: - Prepare reports of for review using various data base systems; - Conduct outreach to grantees related to report and data submission; - Summarize data submitted by grantees for analysis, approval, and/or use by monitoring staff; - Provide support to field accountants in review of vouchers, budgets, and other contract documents; - Conduct reviews of financial reports, review workflow and assist with communication to ensure that report deadlines are met; - Other duties as assigned.
