Estimated Length: 13 months Day/Evening/Hours: 12-8:30PM Requirements The selected candidate would be responsible for maintaining the attendance records in MHARS for the Day Treatment and Intensive Day Treatment programs for billing purposes. The candidate would assure for proper and appropriate Medicaid billing which meets our revenue generating needs. In addition, the office Assistant would be responsible for data input of incident reports and daily attendance into the daily Clinical Summary Report for incident tracking purposes which contributes to the health and safety of the programs. This person would provide front desk coverage to answer phone calls and route them accordingly, greet patients and their families upon arrival to the campus and would serve as the secretary to the Director of Community Services and Treatment Team Leaders handling correspondences and communication through faxing, mailing, and typing. Transactions from this office are often material of a sensitive nature requiring confidentiality. The selected candidate would be responsible for updating the Policy and Procedure Manual as revisions are made by the Dir. of Community Services and called upon for special assignments as necessary. The person would also be responsible for preparing admission packets for the day treatment programs and clinic, create charts for new admissions, file clinical information into charts, weed charts when full, de-bind charts for discharged youth and send over to Bronx inpatient. Other duties include: maintain the High Risk list for Clinic and taking minutes at Clinic team meetings, employee files with T and A forms and 69 forms, sends required documents to Human resources, such as SISO sheets, 69 forms and T and A sheets, maintain office supplies for the center and ordering office supplies when necessary, sort and distribute the mail, and help coordinate interoffice mail pickup and delivery.
