SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION/ROLE

The Identity and Access Management System project team is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst that can produce As-Is and To-Be swim lane process documentation, process and data flow diagrams, coordinate between various Vendors, IT and Business groups.

The resource will be managing all Business Analysis aspects of the project and achieve the required result within timeline and budget goals. This resource will provide reports to Management regarding the progress of the project.

The candidates will be responsible for the following:
• Creating and maintaining To-Be documentation.
• Data Flow diagrams and process diagrams.
• Development of use cases and Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams for these use cases.

RISKS (required by Client Risk Management)
• Consultant will be performing most duties from the 2 Broadway office. Some travel to other Client facilities/datacenters might be required.
• Consultant will not perform any work within 50 feet of track right-of-way
• The work will not involve areas with environmental risks (lead, asbestos)

Additional Skills and Information:

The consultant is required to have 10 years’ experience with Business Analysis or Testing.
Experience interfacing with various internal IT and Business teams and external vendors.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Experience with Project time, cost and resource estimation along with budget tracking.
Experience interviewing various levels of functional, technical and manager applicants.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detailed understanding of, and experience with, ITIL processes
Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint version 2010 or higher
Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for flow charts/process flows version 2010 or higher
Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
