Estimated Length: 24 months Monday - Friday; 7-3; 7:30-3:30; 8-4; 8:30-4:30; 9-5 Various Locations around Capital Region Requirements Auditor Job Descriptions 800 North Pearl High School diploma and 30 months of experience with auditing payment and governmental timesheet information 30 months experience with Microsoft Outlook email and Office 30 months experience with descriptive statistics and data analysis 18 months experience in governmental technology procurement 18 months experience with accounting, internal controls and governmental purchasing 800 North Pearl 24 months experience on call center duties, answering calls, working with customers, and handling Level 2 application support related issues 24 months experience upholding and enforcing Security policy and procedures 24 months experience documenting issues and the resolutions 24 months experience with troubleshooting supported web browser versions, applications and issues 24 months developing training materials and guides 24 months experience troubleshooting access permissions and individual account processing 24 months in a verifying staff support role 24 months experience using ITSM ticketing system or equivalent 24 months working in a team environment 24 months of ensuring compliance and procedure are followed via reports and operational practices Empire State Plaza 24 moths experience with Microsoft Office 24 months experience modifying Adobe Acrobat documents Understanding of NYS Statewide Financial System (SFS) Understanding of NYS procurement law Experience with procurement, RFQs (Request for Quotes) and or the NYS Umbrella Contracts Background in financial field; such as auditing and or accounting Experience working with Vendors Must be detail oriented, quick learner and able to work in a fast paced environment
