Estimated Length: 2 months 37.5 hours per week Requirements Typing, maintaining office calendars, e-filing documents with the court, opening mail, entering data in NY Matters, preparing litigation papers (prepare mental hygiene filings, prepare tables of contents/authorities for memorandum of law, prepare backs for court papers, prepare affidavits of service etc.), filing and serving all litigation papers (motions, letters, memorandum of law, affidavits); filing documents in NY Matters (pleading, correspondence, motions etc); scheduling/arranging EBTs; assisting with discovery production (copying records, redacting records); assisting in preparing trial notebooks; archiving files; transfer cases to other Bureaus (i.e. Appeals /Opinions etc.); other support as needed by an Assistant Attorney General; coordinating with Fed Ex, UPS and USPS; and any miscellaneous office-support work. Preferred Education - High School or Technical Degree/Certificate Program
