Estimated Length: 24 months Days/8hrs 30 min lunch Requirements File Clerk Job Description - CACFP Routing ID# 3450274 This File Clerk position will be required to electronically scan a large volume of correspondence and documents daily using DocStar Eclipse eFile Management software. The position will be required to retrieve paper records as requested in a timely fashion in addition to manually filing and titling correspondence to keep records up to date. This position also carries out annual archiving duties and prepares boxes following the State Records Centers procedures. This position requires good organizational skills, time management along with the highest level of accuracy due to the large volume of program files. This position will be required to work independently in addition to taking direction from multiple staff within the bureau. This position will not supervise, and travel is not required.
