Estimated Length: 5 months Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm; 7.5 hours Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Experience working in a warehouse and/or office environment conducting electronic data entry activities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inventory tracking and management systems or related databases. Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook mail, Excel and Word. Job Description: The individual will be responsible for working with the electronic inventory tracking and management system(s) to enter, verify, update, correct and retrieve information. May assist with preparing shipping labels and updating distribution lists. Other related duties as assigned. Shift Days/Times: Term anticipated to begin January 31, 2022 and end June 30, 2022. If operational needs continue beyond June 30, 2022, term may be renewed based on candidate work performance. Initial shift schedule is Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm; 7.5 hours with .5-hour unpaid break. Shift flexibility preferred. Support may be needed outside of shift schedule including overnights and weekends and overtime will be available.
