Estimated Length: 12 months M-F; 9am - 5pm 

50% telecommuting policy in effect.
A background check and fingerprinting may be required.

Requirements

· Ensure accuracy of data loading, manipulation, and conversion by performing and documenting quality checks in accordance with specifications.
· Creates and maintains standard workspace and user roles.
· Creates productions, exports, and other deliverables in industry-standard formats.
· Perform Quality Control of processed data in Relativity Review platform.
· Experience creating Productions from Relativity (creating load files (OPT/LFP), text files, and .dat files to production specifications, producing redacted documents and associated text, etc.).
· Ensure Relativity systems are working at optimal levels. Completing smoke testing after designated events (outages, patching, upgrades, etc.).
· Running SQL scripts to repair corrupted data.
· Liaise between IT and Litigation Support groups.

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· 5+ years of experience as a Relativity System Administrator.
· Hands-on experience with Relativity Processing (ingesting data, resolving exceptions, creating indexes, etc.) is required.
· Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Flexibility to work overtime, as needed, to include weekends and off-hours.
