Estimated Length: Open ended Requirements Client is seeking proposals from qualified firms capable of providing Research & Advisory Services, as further described in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). These services include but are not limited to providing information, insight, and perspective on markets, operations, and technology with the banking and insurance industries, including specific lines of insurance for Workers' Compensation and Disability. The services would be delivered through published research, retained advisory services, and project-based consulting. The research would include market and trend analyses, best practices research, case studies, and independent analyses of software vendors that serve insurers (Scope 1). Upon request, Client is also seeking a firm capable of handling Project Based assignments that may include but not be limited to professional writing services such as writing articles, white papers, specifications, and other similar assignments on Client's behalf. Projects may also include participating in the evaluation of proposals, benchmarking, IT Roadmaps, customer research, market insight or other projects, to provide insight and advise (Scope 2).
