Estimated Length: 12 months Requirements 1. Develop policies and procedures in compliance with State Financial Policies. 2. Assist in the day-to-day operation of the organization, focusing on Fiscal Administration. 3. Perform Monthly Quality Assurance tests to achieve desired benchmark. 4. Collaborate with Heads of Department to reinforce Fiscal consciousness. 5. Develop and Monitor Contract Compliance. 6. Prepare and submit Monthly Fiscal Reports. 7. Develop and track Organizational Budget relative to Revenue and Expenses. 8. Process annual financial reports to fulfill State and Federal reimbursement requirements. 9. Manage the reimbursement and Revenue Process. 10.Knowledge of The Statewide Financial System (SFS) * Creating requisitions for contracts * Approving vouchers for payment * Running General ledger and Payee list reports, * Approving expense reports. * Verify payments were made to the vendors. 11. Overseeing the Fiscal Year Auditing Process. 12. Supervising and Training Accounting and Business Office Staff.
