Estimated Length: 6 months Poss. Extension 40 Hours/week Requirements Duties: To answer calls and/or respond to emails within our IT Call Center from users regarding technical issues they're experiencing may it be hardware/software. Skills: Software (Windows 10/11, MS O365, Adobe) and Hardware (Laptops/Printers/Scanners). Abilities: Professional, respectful, provide great customer service with verbal communication and writing ability. Able to work well with other team staff. Preferred Education: High School; Technical Degree/Certificate Program |
