Estimated Length: 15 months M-F 8:00AM-4:00PM (37.5-40hrs)

Hours will be regular business hours: Start time between 8:00 and 9:00 AM and End time between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM

Requirements

The candidate should have experience reviewing data for completeness and accuracy; experience and competence with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); excellent communication skills, including telephone skills and customer service; aptitude for using online (web-based) computer systems; proofreading skills and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; and general office experience.

Job description:
The position is with the School Assessment Unit.  Duties include the following:
• assistance schools with accessing the Health Commerce System to complete the school immunization survey; 
• make calls to schools to ensure immunization survey completion;
• log and return voicemail messages from schools; 
• maintain computerized databases; proofread tables and graphs, and provide technical assistance to school responders; 
• serve as back-up to other support staff: perform data entry; open, log and sort incoming mail; schedule meetings.

• The role is hybrid with 50% in off and the other 50% remote
• Interviews would be conducted in person or Webex
• Training will be provided
• Preferred education Bachelor’s degree OR 2 years of office experience
• It is possible the assignment will be extended
• There is paid park which is 10.00 per day 
• Mode of transportation is CDTA Bus service to and from the Empire State Plaza
