Estimated Length: 24 months 7:30am-3:30pm Positions initially for 6 months, with the agency reserves the right to renew for up to two years. Approx. 40 hours/week(M-F). Exact shift/hours to be discussed during interview. Requirements Contract staff would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans), according to policy and procedure. Group facilitation may also be indicated.
