Auditors (2 positions needed)
Client seeks up to two (2) Auditors to assist with planning and effectuating an audit to ensure contractual compliance of an agreement between the state and a partner local government agency. Contract is a fixed term agreement from 11/01/2023 through 10/31/2025. Current funding amount is $30,000,000. Client anticipates submissions for reimbursement to include complete and accurate billing invoices as well as documentation to support the claims for payment. A few examples of tasks to be incorporated into the plan include but are not limited to, checking for accuracy of job titles, calculations, rates (hourly, weekly, monthly, etc) fees, pass through costs, supplies etc. ensuring alignment with the agreed upon bill rates as outlined in associated agreements. Auditors will review and assess documentation for compliance, compose oral and written correspondence, summaries and reports related to the project; and should understand and be conversant in federal regulations, policy, and guidelines, the Office of General Services procurement policies, Office of the State Comptroller policies, Division of the Budget policies and related information as appropriate.
