Estimated Length: 4 months M-F 6 am-2 pm Requirements The duties required for these positions are: • Prepare incoming and outgoing mail for distribution. • Open, read, sort, and route mail; • Keep necessary records and completed forms. • Prepare presorted mail for USPS. • Retrieve print jobs from print operators & deliver them to the appropriate areas (e.g., delivery doc, mail center etc.) • Forwards misdirected mail. • Prepare & distribute communications with customers. • Complete administrative tasks (e.g., filling out reconciliation reports, ordering supplies etc.). Other job duties as assigned. Hours - 6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday - Friday) Duration: may be extended to be up to 12 months total Minimum Qualifications desired: • High School diploma • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. repeatedly during mail preparation. • Ability to prepare and maintain standard records and reports. • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
