1.Conducting routine insections of premises and equipment.
2.Performing preventative maintenance.
3.HandJing basic repairs and maintenance.
4.Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
5.Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
6.Repairing machines,equipment,or correcting them.
7.Supporting staff by dispatching maintenance requests.
8.responding to emergency maintenance requests.
9.Assisting with renovation.
