Requirements

1.Cleans and sanitizes refrigerators and other equipment, by hand and equipment, using a variety of cleaning substances.
2. Clean and sanitizes loading dock area, agrbage cans, storage areas, food preparation area and general kitchen area includung floors, ceiling and walls using mops, scrub brushes and other equipment.
3. Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans and other cooking eqipment by hand and machine.
4.Assist with delivery trucks and stores deliveries in appropriate storage areas. Maybe responsbile for checking products upon delivery for proper temperstures abd storage requirements.
5. Transport food and other supplies to preparation and serving area as directed.
6. Clean, weighs and measuring fruits, vegetables, or serving areas as directed.
7. Prepares simple foods such as sandwiches, hamburgers, and egg on the grill.
 Performs a varirty of tasks in the area of food service
8. Sets and waits on tables, assisting those individuals unable to feed themselves.
9. Serves food in the designated portions to service.
10. Ensures those individuals on special dietrecieve proper food and portions.
11.Makes  simple food such sandwiches, toast, coffee,tea and salads as necessary.
12.Record number of meals served.
13.Cleans dining room and service area including furniture, woodwork, windows, floors and steam tables.
14.Washes dishes and serving utensils by machine and hand.
15. Inventories requisitions and stores supplies.
