• 60+ months working on large scale Business Requirements Project. Which involved the application of strategies to collect business process requirements for the new application.
• 60+ months experience working as the Lead Business Analyst on projects on which s/he utilized recognized business process management methodologies (e.g., elicitation and documenting of business process requirements, business process modeling, As-Is and To- Be workflow development and gap analysis, best business practice research, target environment definition, etc.) to define and analyze current business processes in order to remodel/design new processes and improve on existing ones.
• 48 months experience with developing test plans for projects to ensure user and program requirements are met.
• 60+ months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment.
• 48 months experience with the facilitation of multiple project teams to gather and document business process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Use recognized business analysis methodologies to elicit requirements from business users as the foundation for developing an online lobbying application for DMV that meets the organization’s business needs.
• Develop systems requirements for the new DMV Application.
• Manage business analysis projects involving the use of a broad range of tools and techniques;
• Communicate business process requirements to IT staff, program staff and stakeholders;
• Develop test scenarios, scripts and data and evaluate test results
• Focus is on the effective use of resources, both people and technology, in the execution of the Departments mission.
• Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally
• understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training.
• Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
• Uses defined GGC templates and standards in order to document business rules and requirements.
• Manage teams performing testing activities, including UI,
• automation, integration testing, performance and scalability testing.
• Develop Test cases per the Business Rules in order to direct DMV staff on testing requirements.
• Review and provide guidance on the test scope and output of testers performing exploratory testing in
• development sprints
• Create status reporting mechanisms to monitor the status of the above activities
• Ensure that requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at each testing phase and final acceptance
• Prepare test protocols and reports which meet regulatory requirements, during the final test cycle
