Estimated Length: 24 months Part Time 35 hrs. per week 9:00am – 5:00pm, one unpaid lunch hour Mandatory Requirements Expert (84+ Months) Desired Requirements 84+ months of wireless networking experience with multiple vendor platforms including Aruba networks and Cisco 60+ months of experience in implementing or supporting Wireless Management Access systems 60+ months of experience working with wireless authentication systems and wireless access management systems including, but not limited to, Cisco ISE and Aruba Clearpass 24+ months of experience in IT project management 84 months of experience in Wireless LAN implementation and support processes 84 months of experience with Wireless clients (end user Wi-Fi devices) configuration and troubleshooting 24+ months of experience working with technology managers and project managers to develop implementation plans 36+ months of experience providing technical support to information technology end users Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/ telecommunications from an accredited college. Responsibilities The Wireless Access Management Engineer will perform the following duties and responsibilities: Work with the deployment integrator to resolve technical issues related to wireless access management installations and escalations. Ensure each site has a smooth transition to wireless access management services Train designated site staff wireless access management services, policies and basic troubleshooting
