• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Some knowledge of public housing policies or HUD mandated reporting preferred

Minimum Requirements

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• At least 2 years of work experience related to housing, business, consulting, real estate, human resources, law and/or public policy.
• Graduate degrees in fields such as public administration, public policy, urban planning, or business administration are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process reviews, recommend process changes to achieve compliance with regulatory and policy requirements, and write new or revise current procedures to implement changed processes.
• Facilitate meetings with relevant staff/departments to obtain information
• Conduct independent research to obtain necessary information
• Analyze data to determine relevance of findings and synthesize and convert it into useful information
• Draft new procedures or edit written materials
• Escalate issues that cannot be resolved
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with project(s) to meet project completion
• Submit status reports
• Executing tasks and producing deliverables on schedule and within scope
