Estimated Length: 6 months Hours per Week: 40.0 M-F 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM then 1:00 PM- 5:00PM *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (IN-PERSON INTERVIEW) Mandatory Requirements Previous MACD (Move, Add, Change, or Delete) knowledge experience with the following with a Minimum of 2 to 5+ years’ of hands on experience developing, implementing and configuration of: AVAYA including AT&T/Lucent Legacy phone systems: Avaya G3, CM 5.2 & 6.3 Avaya Aura messaging Modular Messaging MERLIN LEGEND® Communications System Partner ACS Nortel Legacy phone systems: Nortel Option 61C & 11C Meridian Mail Norstar line (including Norstar voicemail) Ticketing systems (Internal and Vendor systems: Open Close Follow up Escalate Assign Verify work/repair is complete Experience** Responsible for onsite maintenance support of the above Perform wire management of cross connects in MDF’s and IDF’s Program telephone and mailboxes Troubleshoot and repair wire connectivity Conduct physical moves of voice system equipment Provide onsite support to ensure efficient and uninterrupted voice services Must be available for flexible working schedule to accomplish off-hours work as necessary Maintain a schedule of project and assigned task including respective task and reports Provide input for root-cause analysis of service outages 2 years’ experience in the TDM (T1 & PRI) technologies Excellent communication and customer skills Demonstrated MACD and troubleshooting skills on voice systems Good organizational and time management skills Demonstrated ability to perform main and intermediate distribution frame changes and wire management Knowledge of Copper and Fiber Cable Standards Must be an organized individual.
