Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mandatory Requirements Senior: 60 to 84 months Desired Requirements At least 24 months’ experience with PPM (formerly Innotas) At least 24 months’ experience with SharePoint At least 24 months’ experience with HP Quality Center At least 60 months’ experience in Oracle and PL/SQL development implementing Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers and Packages supporting software for Workers’ Compensation and Disability Insurance At least 60 months’ experience with Microsoft ASP.Net At least 60 months’ experience with JavaScript At least 60 months’ experience with Visual Studio 2010 or higher At least 60 months’ experience with C#, .net At least 60 months’ experience with XSLT Responsibilities The duties of the consulting resource would be to plan, develop, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following: Pre-Implementation: Design and document system and subsystem components Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages and triggers to integrate with existing software Develop batch applications using .net, Oracle Develop online applications using JavaScript, .net and Oracle Develop with modern Web development frameworks Post-Implementation: Monitoring and reporting on the status of daily DBL Policy transaction processing Troubleshooting and remediating production issues, as warranted Providing remediation for Service Desk tickets submitted by business users Develop and test solutions to resolve issues or to provide enhanced features to the existing product The consultant will adhere to the client’s application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC, Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.
