Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 
Individual will be required to work on-site during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day).  The preferred schedule is 8:00am to 5:00pm; or 8:30am to 5:30pm which includes a lunch break.

Mandatory Requirements

Mid Level: (36-60 months)

Desired Requirements

  • Minimum thirty-six months experience working directly with users in a "health and human services" or "child welfare" system.
  • Minimum of thirty-six months experience providing computer support.
  • Minimum of thirty-six months experience utilizing software to collect, filter, process, create and distribute data.
  • Minimum of thirty-six months experience creating flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or process representations.
  • Minimum of thirty-six months experience performing information activities to support the implementation of an automated service system.
  • Minimum of thirty-six months facilitating or providing technical assistance to users/groups to arrive at sound business solutions to improve current business practices.
  • Minimum of thirty-six months experience in change management planning and implementing change, including experience in self-assessments and developing implementation action plans.
  • Bachelor Degree

Responsibilities

  • Pulling and formatting data reports
  • Organizing themes from case reviews, corrective action plans, permanency round table reports, county planning documents, etc.
  • Developing easily understandable reports that portray county’s performance (in quantitative and/or qualitative terms)
  • Assist districts and agencies in troubleshooting data-related issues
  • Participating in meetings to understand additional needs/resources that home office can provide (i.e.:  additional qualitative or quantitative data, literature review, process mapping techniques, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities to meet identified needs.
