Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:00 – 5:00 (negotiable) Mandatory Requirements Senior 60 - 84 Months Desired Requirements 60 months experience facilitating meeting with users to identify & gather business requirements 60 months experience documenting functional requirement, business rules & complex security requirements 48 months experience in writing test plans & cases and performing unit & regression testing. 48 months strong SQL coding experience for writing SQL data queries for extraction and/or validation of application data. 12 months experience with SharePoint for writing and maintaining team/project documentation. Bachelor degree Responsibilities Work with users to collect and document business requirements and use cases; Liaison between users in NYC and BA’s & Developers located in Rensselaer, NY. Work with developers on analysis and logical design; Perform unit and regression testing and work closely with users during UAT; Assist with responding to DJJOY & NYC data requests. Compile status reports, schedules and requests from management on the Juvenile Justice Closer to Home new System. The individual in this position will work under the direction of the Project Manager and Lead Business Analyst.
