Estimated Length: 24 months Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 1-year experience with Windows 7 or Windows 10 OS. Minimum 1-year experience with Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 or 2016. Minimum 6 months in a customer service role or position. Desirable Experience Exemplary customer service skills. One-year experience working with ServiceNow Incident Management. One year experience using remote support software, i.e. WebEx meeting, etc. One year experience working on and IT help desk or IT 2nd level support. Responsibilities Will be responsible for providing technical level one end user support. This will include providing support for Microsoft Office 2016 software products – (O365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook), Windows 7 and 10, and Adobe.
