Estimated Length: 5 months 8:00am – 4:00pm Weekly Hours: 35 *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY(IN-PERSON INTERVIEW) Preferred Skills Basic computer skills; experience using Microsoft Outlook Responsibilities Coordinates vendors, development**, and Lead Hazard Control (LHC) field teams to insure day-to-day progress of the annual visual assessment program Helps surface recurring issues for resolution by the Assistant Director Develops strong working relationship with Development staff and vendor teams Informs procedures and policies used by LHC towards effectiveness Works with IT to address technical issues with the work order and scheduling systems Uses wireless handheld computer device to support the different task when relevant
