Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:30 am to 5 pm Mandatory Requirements Expert: 84 months+ Desired Requirements At least 24 months experience with Innotas At least 24 months experience with ETL tools At least 24 months experience with HP Quality Center At least 60 months’ experience in development, support and implementation of software to process premium calculations, renewals, audits, and ratings for workers’ compensation and disability insurance At least 84 months experience with oracle PL/SQL At least 36 months experience with Visual Studio 2010 or Newer At least 36 months experience with C#.net At least 60 months experience with XML At least 60 months experience with XSLT Responsibilities Billing system is undergoing major upgrade to cloud and this will require processing and functionality changes of various systems that are integrated together. Maintenance, integration, enhancements and end user support for the client’s worker’s compensation, disability benefit and paid family leave systems. The migration of the billing system to a cloud-based software will require modifications in the processing of integrated premium computation system and migration of data to the cloud. The data conversion is a critical process in the migration of Premium Computation and Billing data from the in-house database to the cloud-based software which will require changes in workflow and data format. This will also require enhancing the provisional billing system to be compatible with the cloud based billing system. Enhancing, modifying the processes of Renewal & Earned Premium system for premium & SIF MOD Computation. Integrating CIRB rating system, PayGo system & claims dependent Bornhuetter-Ferguson Loss ratio system with renewal & audit system. Maintaining and enhancing of the attribute based access control system integrated with Policy Renewal system. Modifying the existing Web Framework system for higher version of .net framework and enhancing it to be browser neutral. Modifying the existing IE specific .htc components to browser neutral code. Troubleshooting and remediating production issues, as warranted. Develop and test solutions to resolve issues or to provide enhanced features to the existing product. Feeding all necessary data to the data warehouse/business intelligence system. Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages and triggers to integrate with existing software. Develop online applications using JavaScript, .net and Oracle
