Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mandatory Requirements Technician V - Eight or more years demonstrated performance in related technology Desired Requirements Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification 48 months of experience supporting and using Microsoft Office Suite 48 months experience working on 2nd level support calls and resolving software support issues 12 months experience writing training or learner materials 12 months experience using remote support software Responsibilities This position will be assigned to the Software Support team of the Client Services Unit. This team is second level end user support. Support includes supporting all commercial software including, but not limited to MS Office 2016, Visio 2016 and Adobe. With the onset of O365 additional software will need to be supported, i.e. one note, SharePoint, etc. This position consists of assisting client staff with software related issues, formatting legal documents for presentation in court, creating training materials for various software and working with other publishing software.
