Desired Requirements

• 60-months experience in system design/development of data warehouse/data marts for accounting and statutory workers’ compensation & disability insurance reporting
• 48-months experience in Unisys mainframe, DMSII, COBOL
• At least 60-months experience in Oracle PL/SQL development, including triggers, stored procedures, packages, and advanced query optimization, database design and implementation.
• At least 36-month experience with TIBCO Spotfire, Spotfire Automation Services.
• At least 24-month experience with IBI Web Focus & Info Assist
• At least 24-month experience with Innotas
• At least 24-month experience with Blueprint requirement tools
• At least 24-month experience with HP Quality Center
• At least 60-month experience in designing and creating DataMart, Data warehouse using Star & Snowflake Schemas.
• At least 24-month experience in developing, and maintaining end-to-end ETL data pipeline using IBI Data Migrator

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, maintain, test and implement code in support of any of the following:
  • Source System extraction processes for the Data Warehouse using Oracle PL/SQL.
  • ETL systems using Information Builder Data-Migrator.
  • Reports, analysis and dashboards using TIBCO Spotfire and Information Builder’s Web Focus & Info Assist.
  • Automation of source system data extraction processes and data loading of the BI Data Warehouse using Active Batch.
• Create system documentations using Visio, Word and Excel.
• Develop reports required by internal business departments (Executives, Finance, R&A, Actuarial, UW, Claims…) and external entities (External Auditors, DFS, CIRB,..)
• Support daily, weekly, monthly jobs and troubleshoot production issues.
• Support premium analysis systems for WC, DBL, and PFL.
• Review, troubleshoot, optimize, and migrate R&A developed reports.
• Modification to monthly extracts due to changes in PHS/DBL source systems (Majesco, Fineos)
• The consultant will adhere to the client's application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.
