Estimated Length: 12 months Mandatory Requirements Must provide certificate or certification number of ServiceNow System Administrator certification. Desirable Experience Exemplary customer service skills One (1) year experience creating user or training documentation One (1) year experience working with ServiceNow Incident Management. Four (4) years of ServiceNow developer experience Eight (8) years of ServiceNow support or implementation experience Responsibilities This position will be assigned to the ServiceNow support team of the Client and Delivery Services Unit. This team is 2nd level end user support for ServiceNow. Support includes supporting all ServiceNow development and implementation needs.
