  • 84 Months of Experience tracking progress on several long-term projects
  • 84 Months of experience identifying and proposing mitigations for project risks and issues.
  • 84 Months of experience facilitating communication between project team members
  • 84 Months of experiences leading meetings, documenting notes, status report and developing project documentations
  • 24 Months of experience with installing, maintaining, and managing parking pay station technology 
  • 24 Months of experience with RFID access control technology

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure that quoted services meet the needs of the client;
  • Coordinate vendor activities by monitoring and tracking vendor deliverables and commitments;
  • Ensure that sites are prepared prior to installation of entry automation technology;
  • Schedule and oversee installation of entry automation technology at multiple sites throughout the state;
  • Maintain an adequate supply of spare parts and consumables for entry automation technology already installed;
  • Work closely with the client's leadership to understand agency priorities;
  • Work closely with the client’s Procurement and Finance teams to procure entry automation technology and related consumables;
  • Work with the client's staff to transform business practices related to fee collection/entry automation, with the overall goal of improving speed and efficiency of entry to parks for both patrons and staff;
  • Work with the client's staff to transform business practices related to its Pass programs, with the overall goal of improving speed and efficiency of entry to parks for passholders and facilitating data collection for staff;
  • Serve as a resource to Parks staff in the field for questions about entry automation technology;
  • Serve as a resource to Automation & Innovation team and agency leadership, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of entry automation projects;
  • Develop project plans specifying goals, dependencies, staffing, deliverables, milestones, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources;
  • Utilize standard procedures for project delivery, reporting and documentation for technology projects;
  • Maintain up-to-date project budgets and track project-related costs and expenditures;
  • Facilitate projects by developing agendas and running meetings;
  • Prepare project status reports and keep the team and management informed of project status and related issues, escalating as necessary;
  • Track and maintain project and technical documentation;
  • Interpret and translate complex technology jargon in plain English.
