Estimated Length: 12 months Monday – Friday, eight hours between 7:30am and 5:00pm with a half hour lunch. Responsibilities Applicant must have the ability to take documents from a folder, remove staples and or paper clips and scan various documents on a storage devices for Finance and Accountability. All scanned documents must be organized and in the original hard copy order, and each scanned copy must be legible. After scanning the paper originals need to be reassembled and returned to their folder and returned to the box the documents were removed from. Applicant must perform the initial quality assurance (QA) of all scanned documents. Finance and Accountability staff will follow up with additional QA. If needed, applicant must make any adjustments necessary to rescan for a clean copy. Applicant must have sufficient experience using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Access, Word), and Adobe Acrobat Pro to perform the required tasks of this position. Applicant may also be required to handle a variety of tasks such as, copying, filing, sorting mail, and other general clerical duties.
