Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time Negotiable Hours Mandatory Requirements Expert – 84+ Months Desired Requirements 84+ months Demonstrated hands-on experience with Oracle database servers and PL/SQL. Experience should include creating stored procedures, packages, triggers, and other objects. 84+ Months Demonstrated hands-on experience as an Oracle 10g/11g/12c database administrator, including installation, and configuration 24+ Months Demonstrated hands-on experience with HL7 60+ Months Demonstrated architecture, communicating the design with UML and/or ERD, design patterns and Design Documents. 24 Months Experience working with Version control such as GIT and Helpdesk system, ITSM, RedMine, and TFS 24+ months hands-on experience with ensuring HIPAA Guidelines are Met and followed. 72+ Months experience managing the software development lifecycle of a team. This must include managing development, testing, documenting continuous integration, and deployments. 84+ Months Demonstrated hands-on experience using TOAD and/or SQL developer. Responsibilities Lead design and supervise coding from requirements and functional specifications; Architect, analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement Oracle Database that connects with Java web service soap/REST and similar technologies. Work with staff to ensure smooth and correct operations of any code or web services used by the application. Produce technical and user documentation as requested. Any other tasks necessary for completion of project deliverables and application support. Provide technical solutions for large scalable designs. Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical personnel. Communicate with programmatic units to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
