Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:30am-5:00pm Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements 84+ months experience in performing requirements gathering and business analysis, producing written documentation of requirements; process flows, and use cases. Minimum of 60 months researching and analyzing complex issues surrounding the systems of an organization and providing recommendations on system and process solutions. Minimum of 60 months managing and mentoring a team of 3+ junior business analysts. Responsibilities Under the direction of the IES BA/QA Deputy Director, oversee and provide technical advice, guidance and support to the IES Business Analyst and Quality Assurance teams. Direct the establishment of standards and processes for Business Analysis and Testing, and assist in the selection of methods and tools. Collaborate with stake holders to identify and establish methods supporting implementation of identified business process improvements and compliance requirements. Lead internal and multi-agency planning sessions. Mentor less experience team members (state employees) Special assignments as required.
