Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:30am-5:00pm Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements Minimum of 84 months’ experience managing multi cross-entity project teams in the development and successful implementation of multi-million dollar, multi-year development projects. At least 60 Months experience managing and mentoring a team of 3+ junior project managers. At least 60 months experience developing and directing strategic planning of multiple related projects within a program. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Program Management Deputy Director, oversee and provide technical advice, guidance and support to the IES Project office. Direct the establishment of standards, processes, and policies and procedures for IES project management. Develop a plan for the management of cross project dependencies (including and especially with our local, state, and federal partners) so that schedules, risks and issues are identified and managed. Implement a project estimation practice that is accurate and repeatable. Collaborate with the client's technical and operational leadership to ensure alignment on related standards and strategy. Lead internal and multi-agency planning sessions. Mentor less experience team members (state employees). Special assignments, as required.
