Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8:30 am to 5 pm Mandatory Requirements Expert: 84 months+ Desired Requirements At least 48 months experience with HP Quality Center At least 48 months experience with Innotas project portfolio management At least 60 months experience in XSLT and XML development At least 84 months experience with Worker’s Compensation Insurance, which includes the maintenance and end user support to produce, maintain and pay indemnity payments. At least 60 months experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL and Advance Queuing development including Triggers, Packages, Procedures, Views, Materialized Views and SQL Loader. At least 60 months experience in IAIABC Standards with NYS Workers’ compensation insurance At least 60 months experience in with Visual Studio 2010 or Newer to develop web applications using .net framework using ASP.Net, C# and VB.net. At least 60 months experience in using Microsoft Team Foundation Server in a Microsoft Windows environment, including experience in check-in/check-out, merging and branching. Responsibilities Design and create Oracle stored procedures, packages and triggers to integration with in-house applications and data warehouse. Develop web applications using .net and Oracle. Develop batch application using .net and Oracle Develop with modern web development frameworks
