Estimated Length: 6 months 37.5 hrs./wk., Mon. - Fri. Responsibilities assist with hot-line calls and HSE window; input candidate names and addresses into the database; check and update addresses and other information to ensure accuracy; look up records in database, card file, microfiche or books; process requests for duplicate diplomas and transcripts; prepare documents for mailing; enter Attachment H, R, and others as required; file records; review reports and isolate discrepancies; make calls to verify information, as needed; other clerical duties as assigned.
