Estimated Length:24 months Full Time Hours Mandatory Requirements 60-84 months Desired Requirements Current Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) Bachelor’s Degree 60 months of Experience managing analysis, design and development activities and assisting in the development and maintenance of a detailed work plan 48 months experience requirement gathering, documenting and managing requirements, and creating/documenting business process models 24 months experience with creating user stories. 60 months communicating status, including tracking action items 60 months experience coordinating issue resolution 60 months experience creating and executing project management plans, including communication and risk/issue management plans 24 months experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for work task tracking 60 months experience using SharePoint. Responsibilities Oversee projects comprised of multiple deliverables Assisting in the development and maintenance of a detailed work plan Creating and managing a risk management plan Creating and managing a communication plan. Coordinating issue resolution. Facilitating meetings and communicating project status. Review business requirements and business processes: Create process flows, and user stories. Documents business rules and requirements as needed. Assist in prioritizing and organizing requirements. Communicates business process requirements to IT staff, program staff and stakeholders (e.g., business process flows, fit-gap analysis, or functional designs); Plans the BA approach/activities: Analyzes the impact of change to IT system requirements or business processes and evaluates project timelines and priorities; Uses TFS and SharePoint tools for requirement documentation and tracking; Establishes, monitors and ensures that project goals/objectives are met; managing daily work/priorities.
