Estimated Length: 24 months 37.5 hours / week Requirements The client provides psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation services that promote recovery. Services include: Adult inpatient, residential, and community support programs; adolescent residential and community support programs; and forensic inpatient programs. Client is looking for one to four Receptionist/Secretaries to be assigned to various Departments in the facility. The initial assignment will be in the facility's Quality Improvement Department (1), Adult Services Unit (1), Business Office (1), and Nutrition/Housekeeping Services (1). Duties will include but not be limited to: sending out reports, logging information, filing and retrieval of files, sort and deliver mail, receptionist, data entry in computer programs, order supplies/equipment, assist with reports, scanning/copying, completing correspondence and mailing, time and attendance recordkeeping, assisting with reports, writing receipts, etc. The assignments are subject to change throughout the term of the service dates
