Estimated Length: 3 months M-F 8am-4pm Requirements This is for a file clerk position. Duties are as follows: 1. Review documents for accuracy and Data entry – defaulted loan claims data, DAARS, financial transactions, collateral documents, account updates and death certificates 2. Prepare documents for scanning by cleaning, counting, sequencing and labeling them then scan the prepared document 3. Assist with the preparation of collateral documents for Special Mandatory Assignment 4. Update document requests in a database and pull paper collateral documents from our files. Update document returns in the database and refile the document back into our files. 5. Retrieve and save requested documents from micro film 6. Other clerical duties as needed
