Estimated Length: 12 Months Work hours:37.50 Est. OT Hrs/Wk: Requirements *PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION WILL ALLOW CONSULTANT TO WORK REMOTELY. (VERY HIGH EXPECTATION THAT CONSULTANT WILL BE PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, REACHABLE AND ABLE TO WORK PRODUCTIVELY WHILE REMOTE). WILL COME ONSITE ONLY AS NEEDED BY THEIR MANAGER/TEAM (AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE). Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner as well as assisting in migration to cloud platforms. Support cloud servers and environments with installation, configuration, patching, network and VLAN configuration, backups, system monitoring and alerts. The MuleSoft Anypoint integration platform is a unified platform that offers a holistic approach to API design and development. Anypoint Studio is a graphical, Java-based design environment that a developer can use to deploy APIs to on-premises and cloud environments. a. Back-end Infrastructure Management b. Understanding of networking and integrating cloud and OnPrem c. MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Administration d. Deep knowledge of MuleSoft API management technologies e. Deep understanding of how to design, develop and build secure infrastructure for critical systems f. Cloud Technologies; AWS, MuleSoft Anypoint, Anypoint Studio, etc. g. Troubleshooting (Network, VPN, DB, Client, etc. issues) h. Creating documentation and run books for Knowledge Transfer i. Assistance with Asset Inventory Licensing j. New/Future Technologies and Enhancements (MuleSoft, Salesforce, CloudHub, etc.) k. Supporting Patch management of CloudHub l. Work with other Client IT Teams as needed (Network, Security, Application Developers, etc.)
