SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION/ROLE
The Enterprise Asset Management Department of the Client IT is seeking one (1) full time
Business Analyst/Project Manager temporary consultant to serve as an onsite/remote Alfresco
Specialist.
This position is to Implement and manage IT initiatives adhering to the standard development
framework from Project Initiation to Project Closure for Client Enterprise Document Management
and Content Management for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and coordinate system deliverables for various disciplines such as EAM and
Document Management, integration to asset management systems, and mobile
technologies.
• Collect, document, and analyze business user requirements; translate requirements into
functional documents, and communicate with development teams on the design and
configuration of Document Management software to streamline and resolve business
problems.
• Liaise with IT systems experts on hardware and software issues that affect the
availability and accessibility of content management systems.
• Support user acceptance testing and regression testing.
• Project Manage cross functional teams on the planning, building, and maintaining of
Document Management software by diagnosing impact of changes on existing
processes, identifying potential issues, and creating workable solutions to drive the
project forward.

DELIVERABLES & DUE DATES
• Lead, manage, and direct resources to achieve project objectives and ensure effective
integration of Document Management solutions, while meeting project time and budget
requirements.
• Gather, document, and analyze business user requirements and translate requirements
into functional documents for the design and configuration of Document Management
software to streamline and resolve business problems.
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
• At least 2+years’ experience designing, architecting, and implementing large-scale
content migrations into Enterprise Content Services preferred
• At least 3+ years proficiency in any major enterprise content management platform like
Alfresco, IBM FileNet, OpenText, Microsoft SharePoint, etc., preferred.
• Evaluates existing document management systems and procedures to determine current
effectiveness and efficiency; identifies gaps, conflicts, dependencies, and constraints in
scope, requirements, delivery, training, and deployment and recommends
improvements.
• Ensures company complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding data security
and document management.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures regarding document storage, sharing,
transmission, and destruction.
• Experience working with Agile, DevOps tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI, and PowerApps is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical
and business staff.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with
technical and non-technical staff.
• Transit System experience is preferable.
• Experience in the Asset Management field using Infor EAM or related software is
preferable.
• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, including or supplemented by 24
semester credits in computer science or a related computer field and two years of
satisfactory full-time computer software experience in computer systems
development and analysis, applications programming, database administration,
systems programming, data communications, including one year in a project leader
capacity or as a major contributor on a complex project
