Estimated Length: Requirements * Outreach to providers for contract notifications and reminders. * Recording milestones in a system called ALFS. The Fiscal Unit handles around 200 contracts among client and the not for profit providers. Each interaction between client and an awardee must be recorded. The applicant will be working closely with contract managers, documenting each step of the contracting process. * Providing technical assistance to the not for profit community with Grants Gateway. The majority of the contracts are processed through a platform called Grants Gateway. Providers receive written instructions on how to use the system but they sometimes need help navigating it. Training on how to use both systems (ALFS and Grants Gateway) will be provided. * Some office tasks including a coverage of the front desk in security guard s absence Applicant must be reliable, detail oriented, organized with great communication skills and should have a working knowledge of Excel
