Estimated Length: 13 months Mon - Fri/9am-5pm Requirements We are looking for a Helpdesk Engineer that is self-driven to work on a few initiatives related to improving user experience in the Office and remote work. This person should be proactive and take initiatives to solve repetitive problems that shouldn't happen in the first place (for example, creating a network diagram, consolidate credentials, update business owner/tech owner lists) Responsibilities: · Desktop/laptop support · Network upkeep · Software Licensing upkeep · Diagramming of network · Liason between various City agencies · Maintain printer and various office equipment under IT's coverage · Serve as backup person to other IT related administration tasks Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. · 1 to 2 years of experience in an enterprise setting with directory services · You need to know how to take apart a computer and put it back together · 1 to 2 years experience on managing warranty repairs and exchanges
