Requirements

Legal Secretary - excellent phone, keyboarding, organizational skills, ability to work with others and adapt, quick learning curve, poise and ability to handle stress and demands of multi-tasking. Law office experience or legal education preferred.

Preferred Eduction: High School, Technical Degree/Certificate Program, Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree

The Client has recently implemented a COVID-19 vaccination or testing policy that would also apply to temporary employees. This policy requires that individuals submit proof of full vaccination status or negative COVID-19 PCR test results before entering Client offices. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated and are reporting to an Client office on a regular schedule, must submit proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result every three days. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated and are reporting to an Client office on occasional days as needed, must submit proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result the day prior to entering Client offices. Employees are responsible for getting their own COVID-19 PCR test, they will not be provided for by the facility. All Clientstaff are still required to wear a face mask within Client office space, even if you are seated at your workstation and socially distanced from others, unless eating or drinking. Failure to follow this protocol may result in disciplinary action.
