Estimated Length: 4 months M-F, 37.5 hrs per week, TBD Requirements The Client is seeking four data entry/word processing clerks to work in the Mortgage Banking Bureau. The expected duration of the assignment is 3-6 months. Job Duties: Facilitate the processing of Mortgage Loan Originator license applications, including but not limited to reviewing applications and accompanying documents submitted by Mortgage Loan Originators for accuracy and completeness, managing data entry, document upload and status changes in internal LINX database; preparing communications to request additional supporting documents or informing applicant of deficiencies in applications; reviewing criminal background checks, testing and education licensing requirements; preparing checklist and memorandums outlining application compliance with sponsorship and work locations. Required knowledge, skills & abilities: • Candidate should have at least one year of experience in clerical support related work • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required Required level of education: • High School Diploma or Equivalency Additional Information: - There is no incumbent in this position - On the job training will be provided - Client currently has an up to 50% telecommuting policy in place. - A background check and fingerprinting will be required - Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams - Client does not provide parking, but the office is accessible by subway or bus .
