Requirements

This position is for an OA-1 Keyboardist (general administrative/receptionist specialist).  The duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:

Management of the current resident case files. This includes downloading documents, organizing to Client Policy, generating documentation to both parent and facility staff. 

Maintaining each resident file by Client policy throughout the youths stay; notifying and documenting court appearances, along with maintaining an accurate expiration date for youth, and preparing files for youths' departure.

Logging incoming and outgoing mail for all youth. 

Reviewing accuracy of restraint packets.  This includes proof-reading and ensuring all documentation is attached and completed.  In addition, entering data into ARTS, copying, and filing for future audits. 

Weekly restraint report.
 
Assisting the Business Office with multiple tasks to ensure separation of duties to comply with mandated financial guidelines. (Handling of monetary withdraws and deposits for resident accounts).

Assisting the Education Office with multiple tasks to assist in tracking educational requirements and tracking of progress for resident students and the teaching staff.

Weekly allowance sheets, making sure every unit hand in their sheets and that all youth receive the proper allowance amount. Scan the sheet and enter the amounts into CAPS.

Distributing monthly canteen sheets. Once sheets are returned withdraw the amount spent from every youth's account that ordered.  

Monthly support team schedules.  This includes creating a calendar appointment for all youth monthly inviting Client staff members, sending an invitation to parents to attend and follow through on parent attendance.

Monthly room confinement report.

Daily entries into resident grievance logbook. Notating in the log if there were any grievances or not. If there was it needs to be assigned a number and given to the YC. 

Assisting office personnel in setting up interviews and tracking all staff memos.

Maintaining updated facility IIP Binders,

Entering Level III Rule Violations into JJIS.

Monthly Mileage sheets/reports
