Estimated Length: 24 months M-F, 7.5 hours a day Requirements The New York Incident Management & Report System (NIMRS) is a web based application for reporting and monitoring incidents. Client licensed and operated providers user NIMRS to track and trend their facility's incidents as required by Client. This candidate will provide technical assistance to NIMRS application users. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; answering help calls, assisting users with application issues and troubleshooting. This candidate will also support the NIMRS team in various other ways, ie; assisting in application testing. Must have advanced computer and software skills.
