Estimated Length: 6 months Monday-Fridays/8:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m. Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (reading and writing) - proper grammar Prepare emails, agendas and correspondence Knowledge in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets Knowledge in the use of Google drive and Microsoft word Office administrtion and management Maintain calendar and schedule meetings Arrange Zoom and Google Meets conferences Handle requests from teachers and administrators Input materials and resources into the purchasing system Follow-up with Busines Office with pre-agreements and contracts Organizing paper and electronic files Interaction with vendors for quotes and orders Receive visitors
